This piece of human garbage has done nothing that I know of that confers any rights to privacy on him. He was armed when apprehended so suffice it to say that the officers deserve some notoriety....so did the murderous a-hole they caught. So what's the fuss?

I live close to where this took place, and I'm glad the police took photos. Good for them. They corralled an animal, and he should be treated as such.
