Well yeah... The closer we look the more we're going to find out that Panamanian officials have been taking money on the side to pass flags of convenience through the canal using Chinese money laundries established in the area. If they're going to push the Chinese out the Chinese will probably give them up on the way out. Probably also going to find that the Chinese have been getting very bossy down there and very demanding behind the scenes.
