That is one of the dumbest articles Fox ever put out.
There have only been a couple of balloon attacks on Israel by Gaza, so the funding for these condoms and other plastic bags must have cost about $5.
So obviously there is not "millions" in funding for condoms, and the last thing you want is the population of Gaza to increase.
