Do they move around, or do they stay in same place all of the time?

Seems as if they are in different places to me. I need to learn the code.

I only use a few, so I know where they are but the hug smiley alluded me for awhile until I memorized it was next to the SPAM waving one.

I'd still like to have a pirate smiley added but would like a cowboy smiley, or two, or three, added also...
