No, but it is more likely to have a fight that gets scary in the first year or 2.
The fact they got to know each other better and don't have fights any more is obvious.
She would not be working so hard to get him back if she had not increased her feelings for him.
She’s being oaid to try and get him back she’s a pawn for the demafacist

The scotus didn’t say that in the Garcia case

Nevertheless, I agree with the Court’s order that the proper remedy is to provide Abrego Garcia with all the process to which he would have been entitled had he not been unlawfully removed to El Salvador. That means the Government must comply with its obligation to provide Abrego Garcia with “due process of law,” including notice and an opportunity to be heard, in any future proceedings. Reno v. Flores, 507 U. S. 292, 306 (1993).

Haha that’s a concurrent opinion from sodomyer that’s not the actual opinion

All they said was the order was not properly followed and the govt should make easier his return and the order followed

He was given due process when he had his hearing and ordered deported

Think it's 5-4 on the DP issue

link?

.

So he gets a jury trial?

Procedural Due Process:
  • Guarantees fair procedures before government actions that affect a person's rights, including notice, the opportunity to be heard, and a neutral decision-maker.
  • Ensures individuals have a fair chance to defend their rights against potential government actions.
    • Applies in both civil and criminal proceedings.

the supremes. 9-0 ... no due process was given.

The U.S. Supreme Court delivered a major victory to President Trump on Monday, allowing the administration to continue deporting what it says are Venezuelan gang members. The vote was 5-to-4, with conservative Justice Amy Coney Barrett joining the three liberals in dissent.

In an unsigned opinion Monday night, the court's conservative majority didn't rule on that question. But it gave the Trump administration all it needed to continue with the deportations, with one caveat. It said that
from here on in, the alleged gang members need to be given notice of deportation, and the opportunity to contest the deportation.

Procedural Due Process:

Immigration court DP can be accomplished without the perp even present.
