The Terminix company released its rankings this week of the most roof rat-infested cities in the U.S. and Fort Myers ranked fifth on the list, exceeded only by Savannah, Georgia, Memphis, Tennessee, Miami, Florida, and Sacramento, California.

Rounding out the the top 15 cities for roof rats in 2017 were: Los Angeles, California; Tampa, Florida; Dallas, Texas; San Diego, California; San Francisco, California; Honolulu, Hawaii; Phoenix, Arizona; Houston, Texas; Jacksonville, Florida; and San Antonio, Texas
