No. Both of them were Austrian. Hitler was born in Braunau am Inn and Mozart was born in Salzburg long before the Anschluß. Hitler said he was German and I'll take your word for it if you say Mozart said the same thing. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Marianne Mendt are also Austrian.
