Siberian Conditioning

Children dunk buckets of cold water over their heads as a fitness trainer looks on. The group is part of a kindergarten in the Siberian city of Krasnojarsk that administers a special conditioning program to help kids cope with temperatures of minus 23 degrees Celcius (minus 9.4 degrees Fahrenheit). The program, which also includes exercise and sauna sessions, is meant to improve the children's health and fitness.
