There is a thing in this country where the left will project an image of social acceptability and those parents who so desperately need to be accepted socially will sacrifice their children. There are parents who actually believe that their infant children are trans-gender.
This might be a form of the mental disorder called Munchausen Syndrome By Proxy, whereby the parent can garner attention to themselves by presenting their children as having a disease or injury that they don't actually have. A sick culture. Sometimes a parent will actually injure their child in order to get the attention they want.
