Should Medicaid pay for this?

This fellow will definitely get the bottom bunk in the joint.

No one would volunteer to sleep underneath him if he was in the top.
We had a guy that was 6' - 5" and pushing 450# that we had Prison Industries make a bunk for.

Till it showed-up he slept on the floor on two mattresses laid side by side.

This fellow will definitely be losing weight. There is a limit to how much someone can buy in commissary in jail, and he better be using some of that money for hygiene products not just food.

How did he manage to steal anything?

No bunk at all! He’ll need a mattress directly on the concrete floor.

This story reminds me of a program on TV where Joe Arpiao was showing off his Tent City prison in Arizona.

One of the inmates, a fairly huge gastropod, came up to Sheriff Joe to complain about the conditions and cuisine being offered. He told Arpaio that he had lost 150 pounds since he came there, and Joe said he should thank him for that.

The inmate disagreed and said "this isn't Jenny ******* Craig"

These lowlife criminals need a major attitude adjustment.
