Were you aware, or did you care that 60% of the tabulating machines malfunctioned and caused huge delays for voters? They were told to put their ballots in a separate box and those ballots became mixed up with ballots that had already been counted, effectively discarding them. The state representative in charge of responsibility for chain of custody admitted that he did not have a count of ballots at the polling locations. They showed up at a central location for official tabulation and there was absolutely no way to KNOW if ballots had been added or destroyed between those two sites.
That is against AZ election law. There is also a law that the machines must be tested and certified prior to election day. They were certified literally hours before the start of voting, then magically malfunctioned. These things happened. The court acknowledged that they happened. The judge basically set the bar so high, no one could meet it. He demanded that Lake's lawyers PROVE the intent of these issues was to defraud and steal the election.
When was the last time you ever heard of such a demand? How the hell does one person prove the mental intent of another other than by presenting evidence of their ACTIONS? You folks think these good times are going to go unchallenged and the rest of us are too stupid or too cowardly to ever dislodge that boot from our faces. You'd be wrong about that.
