Miranda Michel’s eyes popped open on the operating table, panic gripping her body. Was she too late?

Doctors had said her twins might only survive two or three minutes. She didn’t know if they’d already been born, how much time had passed, if she had missed it entirely, if they were already gone.

During the two-hour surgery, as doctors sawed through scar tissue from three previous C-sections, Miranda tried to fight the sedation, waking in alarm, then slipping back to sleep after her partner and mother-in-law assured her the babies were still safe inside her.

Miranda’s prognosis was as clear today as when she first heard it, four months ago: a zero percent chance of viability, for either twin. But Texas’ new abortion laws, which make no exception for lethal fetal anomalies, required Miranda to carry this pregnancy through to the bitter end.

Such fine people.

If she used a doctor that “sawed” through her she might want to consider a new doctor.

Or maybe use of that word should of been the first sign this was nothing more then propaganda

Texas did not.

There are abortions to be had for those inclined to kill their baby.

Typical outlier sob story to justify late term baby murder.

Why didnt she go to another state and get an abortion?

Amazing how clearly not one of you so-called "compassionate conservatives" even bothered to read the story. So here's news:
No babies were killed. No abortion took place. The father opposed abortion and the mother had never even considered having one prior to it being recommended to them by a hospital nurse. She thought about it is all.
Cool story.

How would killing the babies in the womb have helped that situation in the slightest?

When I was a kid, our veterinarian offered to euthanize our cat who he predicted would only live another few days. We decided to let her enjoy whatever life she had left in her home with the people she tolerated as long as we fed and pet her. As you may have guessed by now, she lived another year and some months.

So, no. A doctor saying that the twins "might" only survive two or three minutes is not enough to rip them apart in the womb.

WEF/Democrats want unlimited abortion up to the moment of birth, for any reason, including organ harvesting.

Ever wonder what happens to all those aborted babies?

So, if she wanted them dead and they died, didn't she get what she wanted?

I used to visit the Dailykos 20 years ago. They banned me from their msg board because I said blacks can be racist too.

They're nothing but a bunch of commie leftists tossers.

You can bet your paycheck that every story they publish is total rubbish and that the people in the story do not even exist.

Liberals in the media do seem to have fallen in the habit of printing apocryphal stories that they truly believe could happen based on their political beliefs. That's why they use so many "unnamed sources."

Nancy Pelosi described it in detail in her 'Wrap-up Smear' speech.

The left uses fake stories to get what they want.

These are especially effective at their conventions.

They talk about the poor one-legged transsexual male-prostitute who wasn't allowed to have an abortion because the laws in the red state she/he lived in wouldn't allow it.
