My brother just called to let me know that he went through one of the suspicion-less stop internal checkpoints today and that the agent was asking the drivers if they smoke marijuana or have a medical marijuana card.

This is a blatant attempt to screw people over considering that the average Californian citizen may not realize that their medical card will NOT hold any water with federal agents such as a border patrol agent.

Disgusting trap.
