Not much chance of squelching the testimony that Gaetz was fking a high school girl while a member of congress at a party where drugs were present.

In Senate Confirmation hearings, do you think the report will not be brought up, or asked about, even by conservative Republicans? That is of course taking for granted some conservative Republican still exist, as opposed to simply Trump/MAGA Republicans.

The Gaetz accusations were brought, investigated, found to be ridiculous a n d dismissed. Bringing allegations of ages old ambiguous misconduct has happened so many times they are just laughed off. It would be different if they didn't happen every time.

Democrats even tried again with Trump and the silly accusation with Epstein. That lasted all of 15 minutes. The accusations against Gaetz should last no more. The accusations against Hegseth shouldn't last that long.
