Depends can not speak with certainity
But they are disliked its better not to be gypsy because if you say loud like everyone else you are a gypsy it will evoke very negative feelings associations etc it can go as far that you are not welcomed even to be in a few public localities im not saying everyone is racist maybe its our own fault

A baby has to have at least one racist parent. When we're born we know nothing and have no choice but believe everything we're told or hear. The parent is saying racist things and the baby believes it because there is no one to tell them racism is wrong. That's my explanation.
