Apparently, he specializes in getting pampered FedEmps to quit. He also wants to put the bureaucrats of the weaponized bereaucracy "in trauma."
"In 2019," Senator Warner piously intones, "you helped move the BLM out (of DC and closer to the land they manage). Hundred and seventy percent increase in vacancies," he continued with a shocked expression.
He should have moved them to Alaska where the federal government owns the most land. That might have increased vacancies much, much more.
