sales taxes should apply to online purchases. why should it matter how i choose to buy something when it comes to calculating the taxes?

i also support access fees. phone line taxes helped pay for 9-11 services. here in my county we recently had to pass a sales tax increase because nobody has a land-line phone anymore. since my state legislature was too batshit crazy to do anything about it, we can't tax cell lines for emergency services.
