Two things.

1. That wasn't a demand, that was pointing fingers. Why are YOU allowed to use these illegal munitions, but not us? You and Russia have them, why can't we? That's not a demand, that's a call out.

Secondly, that youtube video is of Russia using thermite incendiary ammunition. They have used it multiple times throughout the war so far. This is because thermite rounds can be used for target illumination, marking enemy positions, or even as a sinister incendiary device.
