The Supreme Court, on Tuesday in a 7-2 decision, ordered the Maine legislature to restore the vote of a state lawmaker. The state lawmaker, Laurel Libby, was censured and stripped of her vote and speak on the floor by Maine's state legislature in February for a social media post she made about a transgender athlete criticizing the state's stances on transgender policy.

That one's gotta hurt.
