Some of the J6 defendants may not have deserved the pardon President Trump gave to them, en masse.

I disagreed with the President on those pardons (for the ones who did engage in assaultive behaviors).

And I would disagree with President Trump, once again, on such a benefit to Maxwell, with one possible proviso.

If she becomes a full and honest witness for the government against any of the participants in the Epstein behavior victimizing minors (if such prosecutions aren’t yet time-barred), I’d say maybe a partial commutation is warranted. Otherwise, not.
