Scott Walker’s Legal Battle Could Change Federal Elections

This author claims the lawsuit has “national implications.” I certainly hope so! Why does any government agency, at any level, have the right to rule on or interfere with the people's right to support or oppose any political candidate? I never agreed with establishing the Federal Elections Commission and, when this goes to SCOTUS, perhaps its powers will be properly leashed – it might even be abolished.
