Reading and literature are memory and the past. Logic is putting together the future based on memory. In robotics, robots use simulation software which uses rules to cut down the possible options and leave the ones of most success with least resistance.

I think schizo minds run simulations under rules of what's possible to find the action of least resistance to our goals. The things imagined are never what is real. The schizo becomes convinced that what he simulates as a path to his goals is what is really happening.

Could you tighten that up a bit?
It has kind of been said before that people give a likelihood of % to what they imagine being the case. I was just expanding and making analogy.

Ha ha ha ha… WHAT?!?!?

maybe thought and conscious effort into creating thought rattles the cochlea just the same as hearing, which is why you 'hear' your own thoughts, and this mechanism for thinking rattles the adjacent vestibular to communicate conscious thought with the subconscious memory system. When you are schizo the rattling of the fan creating a continuous background of random words and timing of those words mixed with the open thought. When you meditate and close thought, you relax from hearing voices, but also keep you auditory sensor from being awake and alert to the fan.
