Our hosting provider is moving to a different location, and we will be experiencing some extended downtime during that window.

A maintenance window has been scheduled for April 16th beginning at 7 AM Eastern Time. We are expecting an outage window of up to 12 hours, but every effort will be made to minimize downtime.

They are saying a maximum of 12 hours but obviously we are hoping for less than that. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do about it, we just have to live with it. At least we have plenty of notice and heads up.

2. That was maintenance we performed and a site upgrade that we controlled. This one is our host, and as such, we have zero control over it.
