Santorum wins the Kansas caucuses with 51% of the vote (with 99% reporting) Romney in second with 21%. what is more shocking is only 29,605 people voted of 763,640 registered GOP voters. thats less than 4% of the voters who came out.

Should the GOP be worried about lack of enthusiasm within the party?

Maybe.

It was actually more than showed up in 2008 when Huckabee pulled off a surprise win after McCain stopped paying attention when Romney suspended his campaign.

I think it is a concern that in almost all of these contests, GOP participation has been below or at 2008 levels. This is not a movement you oust a president with. It's ones where you are going through the motions of nominating a candidate.
