Ambitious African Americans from across the country need to be making their way to the Home of Rice a Roni.

As black guys, they will be entitled to an immediate payment of $5 million, be exempt from Cali's expensive taxes for 250 years, and receive a large annual stipend.

I'm glad the libs are admitting they are racist, and are willing to make amends for liberal policies like Slavery.

No need to give money to black panhandlers on the street, if they are too lazy to move to San Fran, they don't deserve a nickel.

They are inviting blacks to be their SLAVES AGAIN. Read the Small print.

The idea of reparations is not new. Near the end of the Civil War (the "War between the States"), General Sherman - Yes, THAT General Sherman - hatched the idea as one of eminent fairness.

[From Google AI]: The phrase "40 acres and a mule" comes from Union General William T. Sherman's Special Field Order No. 15, issued in January 1865, which confiscated Confederate land in coastal Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida for formerly enslaved people, promising 40-acre plots for settlement, with the army later lending mules to help work the land, though President Andrew Johnson reversed the order, returning the land to former owners.

Whether the descendants of those enslaved people deserve an equivalent sum of money is debatable, but the concept of reparations is not.

Buying votes one reparation @ a time, on the taxpayers dollar of course!

Blatently unconstitutional. But SF will do it anyway, knowing full well it'll get shot down in court.

But even if it were constitutionally legal, where would they get that kind of money? Whose gonna pay for it?
