Same-Sex Marriage WINS in U.S. Appeals Court!!

In the red state of Utah, the Federal Appeals Court with great jurisdiction ruled in favor of Same-Sex marriage which is a first for this high court! The only court higher for appeal is the U.S. Supreme Court. Even these higher courts are now ruling in favor of Gay marriage as they see no obvious reason to continue denying same-sex couples the right to marry as that would be against the Fourteenth Amendment. Let's Hear It For the Utah Federal Appeals Court - KUDOS!!
