Safe food's already a luxury item and has been for decades. Long as we have to go out of our way to avoid, and pay more to avoid, GMOs, saturated fats, cottonseed oils, nitrites, irradiates, mercury-toxic fish and radioactive seafood, a plethora of synthetic chemicals, "enriched" and processed foods in general... and have to go hat in hand to parasitic profitmongers like Whore Foods, that's the shit we swim in.

The trend should be that people make sure to pray over their food and ask the LORD to bless everything they eat and everything they drink. Problem solved. Much easier and you don't have to go broke eating.

Yes I did. See here in the FIRST World our equivalent is the "Organic" non-GMO, no-fat, low carb, zero taste foods which people already pay a premium for. Foods which really do nothing other than make people feel good about themselves.
