That's what happens when you work hard to implement theocracy and push abstinence only over real sex education - a lot more HIV-AIDS than other countries. 90,000 Russians got HIV-AIDS last year, compared to 50,000 in America.

Putin's 'family values' are giving everyone in Russia (whether they are gay or straight) HIV-Aids.
