I was listening to Rush the other day and he was correctly decrying the GOP leadership as wanting to get rid of conservatives, i.e. Tea party etc. and I kept waiting for him to point out the major deficiency of the GOP establishment. The GOP establishment is so concerned with trying to be the all inclusive party, i.e. have to appeal to Hispanics, to Millennials, to women that leaders are trying to make the GOP --"Democrat Lite"!
Fundamental to that is the false belief that the GOP must be appealing to the Mainstream media.
That's why McCain was the nominee because the MSM wanted McCain.
They knew he would be beaten by their choice Obama.
And so to this day's political climate in that the GOP leadership still hasn't learned the MSM is NOT their
Friend! The GOP leadership and the MSM don't like Trump or Cruz... but surprise, surprise !! We the vast unwashed population are sufficiently pissed at the MSM and GOP establishment to show we are ...
The MSM and the establishment has picked our candidate since we revolted and picked Reagan. And what have they given us?
1. Bush senior, 1 term, read my lips, no new taxes.
2. Bob Dole.
3. GW, the biggest spender in history after Obama. He got re-elected, spent more, and guided us into the housing crisis. Not because he had no clue it could happen, but because he wouldn't stand up the Crats.
4. John Mcain, another rino, he is the only person who can win. Did he?
5. Romney, and one of the worst Presidents in modern history got re-elected, and pushed us down the road towards European Socialism even further. He also was the only person who could get elected in the world according to the MSM and the rino establishment.
And so I ask.............with their track record of picking winners; and when they do pick a winner like GW and he does the lefty lite thing, why in the world would we EVER listen to them!
The establishment has 0 (let me spell that for you Z-E-R-O) credibility. So anyone who wants to tell us that so-and-so is the only person who can win; or on the other hand, if we put up so-and-so they will lose, is just pretending they know something THIS time, that they couldn't figure out, and screwed up the last 5 times.
Call me cynical, but I ain't buying it; and even if you are correct, big deal. If you would have been correct and taken care of business the last 5 freakin times, we wouldn't be in the mess we are in today as a country. YOU establishment fools opened the door for Barack, Hussein, Obama; and now you are trying to tell us to close the barn door after the horse has already bolted.
In other words, SCREW THE ESTABLISHMENT, the phony-baloney, good time rock-n-roll, Washington elite screw ups.
Let the Crats run one of those, we are going to run someone who will at least fu** with them in our name!
GW... biggest spender??? Where is your proof???
We won in Iraq. The MSM kept badgering the majority of uninformed people about Iraq and that's why we have ISIS!
Why can't you people recognize that when Democrats like these said things like this it HELPED prolong Iraq and created ISIS!
Senator Obama(D) .."troops are air-raiding villages and killing civilians,"
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid(D) "War is lost",
U.S. Rep. Murtha(D) "Our troops killed innocent civilians in cold blood,”
Senator Kerry(D) "American soldiers going into the homes of Iraqis in the dead of night, terrorizing kids and children."
But this gross gross biased attitude about GWB being a big spender... HERE are the FACTS Please read carefully!

Someone had to pay and it occurred during Bush's first year! $5 trillion in market losses MEAN lost tax revenue PLUS JOBS!!!!
According to the Los Angeles Times, when the dot-com bubble burst, it wiped out $5 trillion dollars in market value for tech companies. More than half of the Internet companies created since 1995 were gone by 2004 - and hundreds of thousands of skilled technology workers were out of jobs.

Year 2001: September 11 Terrorist Attacks
The 9/11 terrorist attacks were the events that helped shape other financial events of the decade. After that terrible day in September 2001, our economic climate was never to be the same again. It was only the third time in history that the New York Stock Exchange was shut down for a period of time. In this case, it was closed from September 10 - 17. Besides the tragic human loss of that day, the economic loss cannot even be estimated. Some estimate that there was over $60 billion in insurance losses alone. Airlines didn't fly for 3 days!
Approximately 18,000 small businesses were either displaced or destroyed in Lower Manhattan after the Twin Towers fell. There was a buildup in homeland security on all levels. 9/11 caused a catastrophic financial loss for the U.S.
