RNC ending song was in 'Sum of All Fears' revenge scene

In 'Sum of All Fears', there was a terrorist plot to use a nuke to assassinate the POTUS and initiate WW3. The POTUS got out of the bomb's radius just in the nick of time. During the end of the movie, all the the traitors and deep state actors involved with the terrorist plot were killed off while 'Nessun Dorma' was played. This same song was played at the end of the RNC. Do you think this was a coincidence?
