This prosecutor has been getting his behind absolutely handed to him by the judge today. He's gonna need some aloe later for these burns.

Its pretty much meaningless at this point. The judge has obviously already decided the verdict and is interfering for the defense. The best that can be hoped for at this point is hung jury, although there's a slim possibility it could be declared a mistrial.
