Rhododendron season

It's a big deal here, this was our 111th festival to celebrate.

sometimes it is hurricane conditions....cold, rainy, windy.

this year we had sun. The poor coasts newt people reacted strongly...many shriveled and died on the spot. All were blinded.

OK, I concede I'm overstepping my bounds. You live there, I don't.

But it's still "hurricane-force winds", not a hurricane. I get them in the Appalachians too, without hurricanes. Just being picky.

We rented a beach house and camped on the Oregon coast..people rent them during storm season to watch ocean storms... I didn't know there were hurricanes there either.
Are you sure you are still in Oregon? Lol
