Rheinmetall to convert German factories to make defence equipment

It would be terrific to see Rheinmetall open a plant in Canada to build Leopard II tank parts etc. in partnership. Canada has the resources, energy and people to be successful. Canada must build up it's military industry. EU/Germany would be a great partner.
