I suspect there are plenty of disaffected democrats who are not pleased with the party machinations to anoint Kamala as the nominee. But many of those people also despise Trump and won't vote for him whether RFK Jr endorses him or not. So would it make much difference? There's probably a deal to pay off Kennedy's campaign debts in exchange for a Trump endorsement and to appoint RFK to some worthless position no one ever heard of. But, I agree that if RFK endorses Trump it will help and this is going to be a close race.
