after several decades of the stupid idea of the one-child law, the Chinese government is now trying to come up with ways to convince families to have MORE children, as they are facing a MOAB of a population implosion. One idea that has been floated around the CCP involves a special tax on everyone who doesn’t have 2 or more children.
