Its being reported that solo reservations has increased 29% over the last 2 years according to Open Table, the reservation site. I would know I use Open Table all the time lol And it doesnt feel weird because when I am eating I am on my phone either watching the game, or tracking my bets.

They should work it like a fishing pick-up charter......All the singles eat "family style" at the same table.

Just look at the friends (and possible hook-ups) that could be made.

I still talk to a guy from HI I met on a pick-up charter some 30 years ago.

LOL.....He was there with his family, and they all got sea-sick except for us and we hit a run of yellowfin tuna.....Best deep sea fishing day ever!

Its not a huge deal for me to eat alone because I am occupied the entire time on my phone. Now going out to eat 20 years ago would be borderline retarded since it was no cell phones with internet

That's what the bar was for. Watch TV, and chat with the other people watching TV at the bar, usually sports.
