‘Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Al Schmidt, a Republican election official, said Sunday that he was confident the courts would block President Donald Trump’s executive order about mail-in voting.

“I am confident of an outcome in our favor,” Schmidt said during an interview on ABC’s “This Week.” Pennsylvania is one of the 23 states with officials challenging Trump's order.

Stephen Richer, a fellow Republican and former recorder for Maricopa County, Ariz., agreed with Schmidt and noted that legal challenges against the order were poised to succeed.’

The problem is that the greatest threat to voters’ rights comes from Republican-controlled states seeking to disenfranchise voters of color and others perceived to be likely Democratic voters.

Didnt the Supreme Court just rule that you cant wide scale block EO's? Individuals can sue, but one individual cant sue for the entire nation. :dunno:
