Honey is bee shit, I always say.

I've always thought is was bee shit, also, but raw honey, really is one of nature's perfect foods with a long list of benefits. We used to be bee keepers when I was growing up. Loved honey all my life and still love it in my coffee. Honey is great, but the bees, not so much, as I am mildly allergic to the stings, I think from getting stung so many times. I didn't build up a resistance, but became more sensitive, tending to make my blood pressure drop, then I pass out, get up, go and pass out again, then I break out with hives, but not the hives I was working on. I had to quit fooling with them, other than capturing swarms or robbing bee hives on cold fall night.
