Dalton and Hermon (Yarden) are very close, both have their reputation of quality. I'm more 'home' with the Hermon, though Dalton is considered a bit more boutique for the special occasions. But I have yet tried a boutique better that the standard occasional Israeli. The cheap ones here are usually better than any show-off import.
