I'm watching "While the Rest of Us Die: Radical Religion" is an episode from Vice TV's documentary series, "While the Rest of Us Die: Secrets of America's Shadow Government," exploring how powerful religious groups & political elites protect wealth/influence, challenging democracy, part of Season 2's focus on deep state & societal failures.

They talked about the Great American Redoubt which declared Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming along with eastern parts of Oregon and Washington, as a safe haven for conservative Christians.

The Southern Poverty Law Center says that "The American Redoubt is not a movement of overt white supremacists, and individuals who identify as Redoubters should not be seen as synonymous with racists," but that "it’s a concept clearly born out of antigovernment extremism — which itself is rooted in the Christian Identity-inspired Posse Comitatus of the 1970s

The Posse Comitatus is an American far-right extremist social movement which began in the late 1960s. Its members spread a conspiracy-minded, anti-government, and antisemitic message linked to white supremacy aiming to counter what they believe is an attack on their social and political rights as white Christians.

They state that the Jews seek to help Satan destroy civilization and undermine white citizens' rights through the Federal Reserve and the Internal Revenue Service.

Why aren't more Republicans moving to Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Oregon and Washington?
