Rayne, Louisiana.....it could be VERY ugly....

If you hit the radar loop for the tornado on Rayne, you can actually see the rotation, even on the Weather Channel's internet loops.

That's pretty unusual. I think I've seen it maybe once before?

Early reports are that there is heavy damage, and several dead.

And it heading our way later tonight.

Early reports were 7 injured.

Then 1 fatality and 9 injured.

Then 12 injured, 1 fatal.

Now 1 fatal, 50 injured, and northeast side of town being evacuated for gas main break.

We have about 50 tornado watches/warnings each year here.....this one is troublesome.
