Cleaned out the flower bed in anticipation of hundreds or thousands of blooms.
Tore out rotten timbers at the bottom of the steps and threw in some temporary pavers to hold the dirt back.
Trimmed my red sunset maple in the front yard.
Installed solar led lights on every umbrella arm.
Watched my dog whine about his cone as I perfected my whine about my sciatica

I used those same pavers from Lowes to make a fire pit. This was years ago. I saw price was up on them. It is probably another thing Lowes no longer gives a military discount on, like wood or electrical or plumbing. At our local store, they even moved the small military parking (almost always full) one more aisle further from the door. Fk Lowes.

I get a 10% VETERAN's discount at my local Lowe's. Can't say about the rest of the country.
I do too, but last month they took it off of all wood, lumber, electrical components such as wire, connector boxes, fuse, breakers, GFI receptacles, flexible conduit, normal receptacles and switches, etc.
I did about 3 years with them, as a sales specialist in Millwork, bringing that that department from last in the region to first in the region for store size sometimes beating the big regional stores. That 10% military discount was a big draw for their my Lowes card, linking your military service to your buying discount. It has been severely curtailed here, as of a month or two ago. I know, as I just did an outdoor project adding more service closer to the pool, before finding out at checkout of the change.
Check it tomorrow and see. I would appreciate it if you would get back to me on that. I can't imagine North Wilkesboro making that kind of change on a just a regional basis.
