Somehow, extremists feel they can't name a point without wind comparisons.
It's how they lose.

Julie Johnson on BBC America (March 20, 2026):

But I think it's interesting earlier today, in a press conference the president said one of his justification was that Iran executed three protesters. Well, you know, that's exactly what this administration did on the street of America, they executed Renee Good, they executed Alex Pretti...

There are reports, including from The Jerusalem Post, of IRGC units going hospital to hospital, executing wounded protesters on operating tables. The scale of violence is unfathomable. By conservative estimates, between 50,000 and 60,000 people were killed over two to three weeks. Around 400,000 were injured. Tens of thousands are imprisoned, so many that political prisoners are now being held in grain silos and sports stadiums.

‘We’re dancing on your corpse’: Iranians celebrate Ali Khamenei’s death.

Their joy is immense, as is their hatred for their long-term leader who had personally ordered the massacre of an estimated (but not yet confirmed) 80,000 protesters who were peacefully demonstrating in the streets across the country. His record is filled with crimes, executions, plunder of Iran’s national wealth and the support of Iran’s proxies, the Islamist militias across the Middle East responsible for the death of thousands.
In the first hours of the bombing, Donald Trump addressed the Iranian people, saying: “America is backing you with overwhelming strength and devastating force. Now is the time to seize control of your destiny and to unleash the prosperous and glorious future that is close within your reach. This is the moment for action. Do not let it pass.”

“It’s a mixed feeling at this moment,” one of the demonstrators, Shervin Shahidian, told CTV News Saturday. “We are mostly happy in our hearts because we know the end (to this Islamic regime) is soon — but at the same time, we are very worried about our loved ones.”

Shahidian believes Trump made the right decision to intervene.

Ayatollah Killed 50,000 Of His Own Citizens” | Iran Retaliation Attacks Disrupt Middle East Regions.

TalkTV. Mar 2, 2026. London.
Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has been killed, according to Iranian state media and multiple Reuters reports, after major US and Israeli strikes on Tehran and other targets across Iran.

The strikes were part of a fast-moving escalation between Iran, Israel and the US. Reuters reports the attack hit leadership, military and nuclear targets, and was followed by further Israeli strikes and Iranian retaliation across the region.

Khamenei had led Iran since 1989 and was the country’s most powerful political and religious figure. His death leaves Iran facing major uncertainty over succession, security and the future of the regime.

Alex Phillips speaks with former US Navy officer, Rear Admiral Mike Hewitt.

The hopes of millions of Iranians for freedom from their tyrannical regime hangs in the balance.
Up to 80,000 Iranians have died protesting their regime, but three weeks of joint US-Israeli attacks have failed to deliver the freedom for which they sacrificed their lives.
It's hard to imagine greater courage than taking to the streets to protest against a heavily armed repressive regime that is willing to kill you in cold blood.
For the more than 35,000 - and up to 80,000 Iranians who paid with their lives for showing this courage in January, the hope now is that they did not die in vain.
Yet as the war the war enters its third week, the dreams of so many Iranians that their odious regime will collapse are hanging in the balance.
The joint US-Israeli attacks have done much to weaken the regime militarily, but they have so far failed to topple it or even cripple its grip on power.

Iran killed thousands in Jan-Dec anti-regime protests.
Iran came down hard on the protesters who demanded regime change amid a terrible economy, a falling rial, and corruption. The US-based Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) estimates more than 7,000 people were killed in the protests, but the number could be much higher. Doctor accounts from Iran peg the number to be around 50,000.
