IMO That proportion argument doesn't work because the number of people who commit crimes is very small. And those like Robert want to emphasize the 3 categories of crimes blacks lead in, but geberly dismiss the devastating white collar crime that is dominated by whites. Once a person loses everything they have worked for becauseof some white collar criminal, the chances rise that such a person commits a violent act.

As to your first question, why does Oprah or Jordan have to do it? Blacks in Chicago pay taxes and black entrepreneurs in small start ups could be allowed to start businesses with a 10 year tax abatement that could help them raise the capital necessary to becme sucessful long term businesses. Also, blacks have billions in Chicago area banks, those banks can start providing more loans to black entrepreneurs as well. Those are just 2 things. There are more, and people like Oprah or Jordan could create venture capital firms. But I'm not sure that either Oprah or Jordan still lives in Chicago.

My solution is laid out by the black Candace Owens. She says blacks must have fathers in the home to be good humans. Some good blacks did not have a father in the home to guide the blacks and still are good people. But the fact is too many blacks don't have dads at home and get raised by kids who commit crimes.
