Ok so I am still a bit new at this...so I am wondering...is it better to report a problem here or is it better to report problem posts through the reporting system? How long does it take for a reported post to be looked at? The ones I am referring to involves insulting family members and friends....This is more of me getting a feeling of which is the best way to deal with a problem.

The reporting system sends a notice to all the staff in their PMs and emails if they have it set up to receive them. Reporting it here only gets a response when the staff reads it. How long it takes depends on the staff and how they handle things.

insulting family is off limits as it should be !! assholes who attack family members should be reported !!

Thank you to the staff for taking care of the problem...I accidently reported another one before I realized said member had been dealt with.

editec, when they attack your family member yes...it wasn't hall monitors..the attack was against my family.
