Is there any way you can permanently ban me from the Clean Zone?

I use the "New Posts" feature a lot and I forget to look to see if I'm responding to a CDZ thread. I'm afraid I'll get nasty in there without realizing I'm in there. Almost did it today.

I like it here and don't want to get banned.

You wouldn't, you would just lose access to the CZ.

There should be a way to ignore entire folders (Middle East, for instance) - but there is not.
