The symbol on the hat of the Russian soldier in the first picture is similar to the so called "black sun". It's a symbol which existed in the centre of the SS headquarter of Heinrich Himmler - a symbol for mass-murder and genocide/fratricide - for death. In this concrete case it are only two "dancing" Swastikas and in the centre of this two Swastikas is a Russian Soviet symbol.

Here the original with three dancing Swastikas and a kind of SS flash rim and an inner circle with wall around and/or event horizon.

The Soviet sign means tyranny - that's clear.

The sickle is normally a symbol of the farmer and druid - the nurturer and healer. However, the farmer (=sickle) is always also a symbol of the warrior. The farmer must defend, because he cannot flee with his flocks like the shepherd. This explains the positive power of this symbol. The hammer is the symbol of Donar, who is also called “Thor”. In German, Tor (without the “h” but pronounced the same way) is a capital “door” - a gate for chariots. Remember: chariots are in all the tombs of high-ranking Celtic princes. The “god of thunder”, son of Odin, is quite terrifying as his father adds lightning to his thunder. The son calls, the father answers with the powerful and destructive force of fiery lightning from the sky. On the other side: "Ein Tor zu sein" - "to be a Thor" means also "to be a [mad] idiot".

The Soviets used these pagan symbols ostensibly for the idea of their peasant and industrial state. However, not in growth for the good of the people from the bottom up - i.e. not for the farmers and workers as they liked to claim - but in the violent suppression and oppression from the top down. The term “Holodomir” should tell you everything. Soviet atheistic human gods can't be wrong - even if the whole of humanity dies in the process because nothing really works well. They are against the people and not with them.

I'm not sure about what the "Z" means - but I guess it continues the "tradition" of the fake-rune "SS" of the Nazis - which was a more or less empty nonsense. All the stories around this not really existing rune are only blatant nonsense. With "sig"="Sieg"="victory" this very very rare germanic symbol never had to do. The main thing was it looked dangerous. Specially together with a skull. And so I guess this "Z" symbol follows a similiar way: It's an insider symbol of a secret covenant - a symbol for the new mighty Ru⚡⚡︎ians.
