Its definitely not my area of expertise, but as much as I can guess, Iranian "good" behaviour would be support of Russian efforts in peacekeeping in South Caucasus and Middle East, coordination of gas and oil markets, non-nuking Israel. Iran's "bad" behaviour - Iran nuking Israel without direct Russian order, undermine of Russian efforts in Middle East or selling too much of gas and oil without Russia's permission.
But its all simply guess.
