prostitutes

Laws that are not necessary to protect others, are inherently illegal in a republic.
Prohibition, drug laws, and prostitution laws are all clearly illegal and based on religious fanaticism.
They illegally dictate instead of legally defending.

right but a certain grey area, if a woman can have an abortion because it's her right, why not extend that right to what else she can do with it, as in make a living if she wants to? how does she getting paid for sex really hurt anybody......except their wallet?
I'll bet male whores don't have this issue...

many women scream my body my choice so why is it illegal for them to get paid to have sex? why does the government get a say in what they can do with themselves to make money?

Yes, it's a strange one. You can have sex with whoever you like, as long as it's a consenting adult. But if you do it for money, all of a sudden you can't. Makes no sense.

The USA is a barbaric place where a feeding frenzy takes the place of society.

The abuse, addiction, and trafficking that inevitably comes with it hurts a great many people.
it's their choice though right? should you or the government just say NO? pot hurts many people but it's legally in over 50% of the country now, why is that right?

A result of its criminilization. Make it legal and that stuff goes away.

appears to happen to alcohol and now pot.......therefore...

during prohibition people were killed over booze and with pot and most other drugs, same thing but pot is a kinder more gentle drug unlike cocaine which also is from a plant or opium which is also from a plant

one should ask, who makes up these rules?.......good drug vs bad drug

The only two kinds of legal prostitution are porn and being a politician, everything else is illegal.

Why? Because politicians love to watch porn and they like the perks of being prostitute themselves. It is really all about them.

So, the next time you want a prostitute, tell them, can we film it as "art"? That way they can't arrest you.........................or run for political orifice. The choice is yours really.

Everyone deep down knowns that prostitution is a vice. After all, no one wants their kid to grow up to be one.

And the reasons for that are self-evident, such as the spread of disease and reducing the sex act to just another bodily function, such as going to the bathroom, thus giving up monogamous loving bonds between two people for life that hold families together that hold society together.

There is also the criminal element involved, which is why no neighborhood wants a legal strip joint by their home. Crime simply follows whether it is legal or not.

But I have better things to do than argue with fools that try to convince me and themselves otherwise.

I have to disagree with that.

There's a good argument to be made that prostitution laws protect women. Countries where prostitution is legal have a lot of problems with human trafficking, because the people who are supposed to be regulating the practice don't.

In places like Amsterdam they have legal prostitution, and yes, women are trafficked into that city, and yes, many appear to be under the legal age limit.

No one cares.

citing facts to defeat these amoral dumbasses doesn't work they ignore them and continue to pretend they have a point.

To show how silly the laws are:
If you pay a woman to have sex - illegal, Jail
But if you put a camera in the room, record the act and put it on the internet for people to watch - it is legal.
