A source familiar with the matter told Reuters that Wednesday's ruling will likely be appealed to a larger panel of the federal appeals court.

It doesn't ******* matter where Judge Sullivan appeals, its over, according to the Law, judges aren't prosecutors, period.
What this proves is that Chief Justice Roberts is wrong, there are "Obama judges" "Bush Judges" "Trump Judges" "democrat Judges" and "Republican Judges".

For sure..Judges aren't prosecutors...oh..and a case that been adjudicated is no longer being prosecuted...LOL--an accepted Guilty plea being adjudication, in this instance. Plenty of meat still on this bone-

there are more impartial judges than there are biased ones...IMO.

It's moot given the likelihood of a pardon.
